My name is Stephen Taylor with Howard Hanna Outer Banks Realty, a proven, successful selling team with substantial experience in the market.

My family has owned property on the Outer Banks since its earliest days as a vacation spot, and I grew up spending every summer at our beachfront cottage in Nags Head. I have personally bought and sold five properties of my own on the Outer Banks in Manteo, Nags Head, and Kitty Hawk. I have had property in a rental program, and I have also rented vacation property on the Outer Banks. So, I know and understand the market from all perspectives.

After a business career that included operating, buying, and selling consumer product distribution companies and spending over a decade as a full-time volunteer and board member with several different nonprofit organizations, my family and I moved to the Outer Banks permanently in August of 2017. My business and nonprofit experience, combined with my love of the Outer Banks and firsthand knowledge of real estate here, prompted me to obtain my real estate license and pursue another career.
